Praveen R

Praveen started his career as an M&A professional in 2010. Throughout his career, he has worked on over 50 M&A pursuits, predominantly in the technology space.

Praveen boasts rich experience and qualifications in both technology and finance domains, making him the ideal advisor for technology transactions. His strong business acumen enables him to identify the right M&A opportunities and provide unbiased advice to principals on both the Sell and Buy sides.

Praveen has worked on transactions spanning the globe, including the US, Germany, India, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, giving him operational and regulatory knowledge across these geographies. This critical skill assists him in advising clients to recognize potential risks in a transaction and take suitable remedial steps to ensure transaction completion within established timelines.
